CiliaAtlas is a curated atlas classifying 359 human cell types across 13 organ
systems and 83 organs by ciliation status. Each entry documents whether a cell type bears motile,
primary, nodal, modified, or no cilia, with axonemal structure, cilia function, confidence level,
and PubMed-linked evidence. Part of the Multidimensional Ciliary Atlas (MCA) project.

How to Use CiliaAtlas
Search: Enter any cell type name, organ, or organ system — results update instantly.
Filter: Use the dropdowns to narrow by organ system, ciliation status, cilia type, confidence level, or cilia function.
Sort: Click any column header to sort ascending; click again to reverse.
Cite: Click the 📋 button on any row to copy a formatted citation for that entry to your clipboard.
Reset: Click Reset All to clear all filters and reload the full atlas.
PubMed links: Each PMID in the last column is a direct link to the PubMed record.
Download: Export the full atlas or your current filtered view as a CSV file.
